We target cash-flowing assets where we can lead or co-sponsor through commercial banking partners and seller-aligned structures.

• Commercial Real Estate: Stabilized or value-add retail, medical office, and mixed-use between $3M and $25M.
• Industrial & Logistics: Flex and warehouse campuses with expansion potential in the Mid-Atlantic.
• Business Acquisitions: Lower middle-market service or light manufacturing companies generating $1M+ EBITDA.
• Capital Structures: Senior bank debt blended with mezzanine notes, SBA 7(a), and seller financing when appropriate.
